Fully evaluated

Candidates that are presented to interview will be fully assessed and evaluated against the specified requirements of the position. We carry out a thorough screening process to evaluate their skills, experience, motivations and commitment to Greenacre and indeed the company we are representing.

Quality recommendations

Candidate introductions include full interview commentary & recommendations along with a CV in a suitably prepared format.

Due diligence

Greenacre commit to only providing suitably experienced and qualified candidates for interview. We carry out thorough reference checks using both official references provided by each applicant and off the record referencing through our existing network. We pride ourselves on working with credible people in the market place. We understand the importance of reputation in the marketplace and we therefore put particular emphasis on this part of the process.

Effective facilitation

Whether the requirement is temporary or permanent, good communication throughout the process is critical to the success of the appointment. We work hard to manage expectations at all times and participate in negotiations, offer stage management and consultation throughout the resignation process. In all circumstances we act as an impartial facilitator ensuring clarity and ease for all parties.

Aftercare

We understand the importance of having a reliable recruitment consultant on hand to support our valued candidates every step of the way throughout an assignment.
Once a work placement has started, the relationship doesn’t end there. We maintain open communication between our clients and candidates throughout the duration of any temporary contract. We oversee progress against project milestones and are quick to react should any issues arise.
