What it's like being a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Greenacre

I joined the Housing team at Greenacre in 2019, bringing with me twenty years previous recruitment experience, and since then I haven't looked back. My role involves assisting clients nationwide with both their interim and permanent needs across housing, corporate services and strategy & policy. We are a hybrid workforce and there is flexibility for me to work around my other commitments, which creates alot of trust between the teams, and motivates us to succeed and support each other. We've recently had our most successful year ever!

I really enjoy the different aspects of my role and love speaking with and building meaningful relationships with my clients and candidates. This could be through phonecalls, face to face, or very commonly now, through various video call platforms. What I love about Greenacre is that we all work as a team and help one another out as much as possible to achieve our common goals, which is not something you would usually associate with in a recruitment environment! Overall it is a fantastic company to work for, as well as having a great vision for the future, which we all feed into.
