Asset Management Analyst

Greenacre are pleased to be working with an Arm’s Length Management Organisation based in Shrewsbury to source a permanent Asset Management Analyst.

This is a new role within the structure, giving the successful applicant a chance to come and shape the strategy development. The role is responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytics, creating investment plans, and enhancing data quality across the asset portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the quality and management of our asset and property data, ensuring it remains up to date, accurate and embedded within our business
  • Actively supporting planning around decent homes and planned investment programmes, our sustainability improvement programme as well as supporting our compliance and safety data governance and management
  • Developing and maintaining robust data management systems and processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the asset portfolio.
  • Driving the implementation of data quality initiatives to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of asset data.
  • Supporting the creation and ongoing management of asset investment plans by providing accurate, timely, and insightful data analysis

A suitable candidate will have:

  • A background in social housing
  • Proven experience in a similar data analysis role, ideally within housing or asset management.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and software, including Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
