Greenacre Recruitment are working with a registered social landlord in the Manchester area to source an Assets Operations Manager on a permanent basis.
The Challenge
To lead a multidisciplinary professional team in delivering outstanding services across repairs, voids and estate management. To deliver a high-quality customer focused property improvements including the delivery of the Investment Programme.
What we can offer you
•Annual salary of £47,000pa + £1,200pa car allowance
•Enhanced holidays, 33 days pro-rata per annum (including statutory holidays) rising to 38 days after 5 years’ service
•35 hour working week (full time)
