Greenacre Recruitment are working with a registered social landlord in the Manchester area to source a Planned Maintenance Surveyor on a permanent basis.

The Challenge

•To deliver a high quality, customer focused surveying/inspection service of planned, capital and cyclical work programmes to all properties.

•To ensure responsive repairs and void works at properties are completed to a high standard and within dedicated budget.

What we can offer you

•Annual salary of £30,000pa + £1,200pa car allowance

•Enhanced holidays, 33 days pro-rata per annum (including statutory holidays) rising to 38 days after 5 years’ service

•35 hour working week (full time)
