Greenacre Recruitment are working with a registered social landlord in the Buckinghamshire area to find a Property Team Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract basis as cover for maternity leave.

As a Team Co-ordinator, you will support the Property Pod to achieve its key goals – to be successful, we need people with drive and enthusiasm, who know their strengths and can use them to their advantage in the relentless pursuit of complete customer satisfaction and service excellence.

What we need you to do:

  • Become a valued member of our Property Pod, seen as the ‘go to’ member of the team who is both approachable and knowledgeable
  • Challenge and improve our policies, procedures and performance to ensure all are customer focussed and deliver excellent service
  • Be a champion for improving customer service in the Property Pod and our representative for working with other teams on customer service improvements across the organisation where our work impacts on other team performance
  • Provide support and assistance to team members when requested
  • Take on various administrative functions and help support with the operational delivery of the service
  • Make sure that our tenants and leaseholders inspire the design, delivery and outcome of everything we do
  • Help to ensure our vision and values influence every aspect of our business

Where you have come from:

  • Previous experience of working in social housing with knowledge about repairs or property functions relating to housing would be beneficial but it’s secondary to being an all round fantastic person with a track record for delivering amazing customer service
  • An environment where you demonstrated your ability to create brilliant working relationships which made a difference in building trust and respect
  • Ideally you will have had some exposure to contact centre technology, and repairs scheduling tools, have a good understanding of social media and be happy to embrace new technology
  • A place where you have utilised your skills to support your very busy colleagues by being organised and keeping wasted time to an absolute minimum
