Greenacre Recruitment are working with a social housing provider in the Brentford, Southwest London area to source a Senior Facilities & Property Compliance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role Brief

  • Professional trained in residential property management (inc managing agents)
  • To manage the FRA process
  • Procure and managed M&E contracts eg, lifts, fire alarms, electrical lighting,
  • Asbestos management, parking gates/barriers etc
  • Undertake regular contract review meetings
  • S20 consultations
  • Block inspections for higher rise/complex blocks, checking compliance, on site
  • Documentation, H&S risks
  • Reporting issues and following up until completed
  • QA checks on smaller blocks on a rolling programme
  • Liaising with Housing on complex block issues
