Strategic Partnerships & Crime Reduction Lead

 

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a housing organisation in Nottinghamshire, with their recruitment of a Strategic Partnerships & Crime Reduction Lead to further develop the work of the Community Safety Partnership.

The organisation has high ambitions to what the Partnership can achieve and the successful person will help drive this change and lead on the development of key areas of work, including:

  • Crime reduction strategies (Problem Orientated Policing)
  • Strategic management of domestic abuse, including Domestic Homicide Reviews
  • CCTV contract management
  • Policy Management and strategic assessments.
  • Managing performance utilising ‘Outcome Based Accountability’
  • Funding bid applications and projects

The ideal candidate:

  • Knowledge of the issues, challenges and priorities faced by partner organisations including structures, culture and values, data and performance management.
  • Knowledge and awareness of appropriate community safety provisions surrounding anti-social behaviour, crime and disorder and vulnerability.
  • Experience of preparing and presenting business cases, reports and briefings including chairing partnership meetings to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience of engaging with key stakeholders in the review and development of existing and new services.
  • Experience of budget management, contracts and leading change including commissioning processes and project funding.
  • Experience of performance management techniques to drive service improvement and achieve improved outcomes
  • Direct experience of line management of staff including performance management
