After a challenging two-years, organisations across the sector, and indeed across the globe, were forced to adapt their services and work patterns to accommodate the new hybrid work environment. It’s been a tricky transition for everyone; however, we were fortunate as a remote-ready company to adjust quickly, and were pleased to report our most successful year ever last quarter!
Like others who responded to the turbulence, we were able to pivot, increase agility and extend our suite of services, supporting those we partner with across the sector to develop their people and refocus on what really matters. As we embrace the changes sweeping across the sector, it will be important to remain focused, continue to adapt and work collectively to share knowledge, best practice and increase overall skill sets needed to move us forward.
Balance shifts, workplace transformation and a holistic approach to hiring solutions
As an organisation that provides talent pipeline recruitment, leadership development and executive thought leadership space, we are very conscious of the challenges being faced across the sector around sustainability, building safety & repairs and the cost-of-living crisis, to name but a few. The widening skills gap has exacerbated these issues and it is becoming more important than ever to find collaborative solutions across our industries to ensure the work we do not only supports our tenants and helps cushion the blows they are facing financially, but also meeting our own organisational challenges and supporting our staff to develop their passions and their purpose within their roles.
The great migration – what’s so great about it?
Talent retainment and development are more important than ever now, and as well as attracting and securing the best talent for our organisations, it is becoming imperative to have a positive, adaptive company culture where people want to stay once they arrive, and succession planning is put in place to guide the future vision of the organisation and the people within it.
We’ve been holding Executive and Director level networking events over the last quarter, bringing together organisational leaders from across the sector to check in, share experiences, challenges and learnings from each other, to create a collaborative network where creating thinking and innovative solutions can be shared to effectively address many of these issues. The start of 2022 may not have been the fresh start we were all hoping for, however, it’s been fantastic to see so many across the sector joining together to share experiences, learn and explore new ways of working, and collaborate to find new solutions to the challenges being faced. As an organisation, we are looking forward to an incredibly transformative year across the recruitment landscape, and we are here to help you navigate the unparalleled changes taking place to successfully attract, retain, develop and re-energise your workforce so that your organisation is fit for the future. Talk to our people about your people.
