The employment landscape is changing. Work patterns and the way we do business is undergoing rapid transformation.
With a new hybrid workforce emerging that focuses on both individual and organisational needs, a drive towards equality, diversity and inclusion and a focus on employee wellbeing, there are many ways we can create a positive work culture, whilst successfully leading through uncertainty, driving innovation and reaching organisational and individual goals.
Whether it be through leadership development, executive search or holisitc recruitment, we prioritise gaining key understanding of your organisational and individual strengths and requirements, what motivates people and drives their desire to make a difference. Our people are our culture. Our business is supporting organisations and individuals to thrive, and that starts with the people we work with.
As a key influencer in our industry, we understand the importance of not just Corporate and Social Responsibility, but also Organisational. A positive company culture is essential in order for a team to succeed and thrive in today’s world, and we put our core values – Trust, Empathy and Empowerment – at the heart of everything we do.
Our values are what make us who we are as individuals and as an organisation, and have cemented our reputation not only as a trusted service provider and consultancy, but one that makes the extra effort to truly understand what drives and motivates individuals within our own teams, as well as the organisations we serve.
Diversity & Inclusion
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to any organisation’s success.
Greenacre is fully committed to helping our own people and the people we work with establish and nurture their own unique vision and goals, and we embed a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion across the organisation, which continues through those we serve.
Through our leadership development programmes and our collaborative recruitment divisions, we support organisations to attract, retain, nurture and develop a diverse network of talent, whilst understanding how language and behaviour plays an important part of the process from start to finish.
Our consultants are trusted advisors in their field and undergo expert training in diversity and inclusion best practice, whilst continously developing their own knowledge and understanding of the needs of the people and organisations they do business with.
A Modern, Hybrid Workforce Approach
We operate as a hybrid workforce, with a fully functioning remote work support ethos. We believe each employee is an individual, with not only individual workspace needs, but also individual goals and aspirations. We believe in a strengths-based approach, giving support and autonomy where appropriate and focusing on what really makes an individual motivated to succeed.
Giving Back to the Community
As well as regularly contributing free workshops, advice sessions, training and development support to our wider network, the Greenacre team also takes part in regular charity fundraising activities and has a dedicated charities committee working to ensure the support we contribute adds value to our local communities. If you’d like to help support any of these charities please click on the links below to find out how to make a donation or take part in your own fundraising activities.
Big Brum Sleepout
St Basil’s works with young people to enable them to find and keep a home, grow their confidence, develop their skills, increase opportunities and prevent homelessness. In December 2018, Jonathan Skipp, Barry Forsythe and Josh Smith took part in the Big Brum Sleepout, spending the night on the streets in order to raise awareness of the homeless crisis and raising over £1000 for this fantastic charity, who work tirelessly to support young people at risk of homelessness across the city.
10K Walk for Shelter
Everyone deserves a safe, secure, and affordable place to call home. But every 13 minutes, another family in England becomes homeless. Haven First is a fantastic local Hertfordshire charity which works with other agancies to provide emergency accomodation and other services to single people in Hertfordshire who have become homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
