Working Together

The employment landscape is changing. Work patterns and the way we do business is undergoing rapid transformation.

With a new hybrid workforce emerging that focuses on both individual and organisational needs, a drive towards equality, diversity and inclusion and a focus on employee wellbeing, there are many ways we can create a positive work culture, whilst successfully leading through uncertainty, driving innovation and reaching organisational and individual goals.

Whether it be through leadership development, executive search or holisitc recruitment, we prioritise gaining key understanding of your organisational and individual strengths and requirements, what motivates people and drives their desire to make a difference. Our people are our culture. Our business is supporting organisations and individuals to thrive, and that starts with the people we work with.

Organisational Culture

As a key contributor to our industry, we understand the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility. A positive company culture is essential in order for a team to succeed and thrive in today’s world, and we put our core values, Trust, Teamwork, Achievement, Honesty and Quality at the heart of everything we do.

Trusted Partner

As trusted partners, we adopt a long-term approach to our relationships. We listen, we are curious, we understand our customers’ needs and have their best interests in mind. We are honest and open in our communication, and we work together to shape the solution.

Team Work

As an inclusive team, we work collaboratively across our divisions, playing to our strengths,
to achieve the most effective outcomes for our partners and each other. We communicate openly and honestly, with trust and confidentiality.

Achievement

We are an ambitious team, and we know what success will look like. As market leaders and influencers, we are values driven and have a clear vision and purpose. We celebrate each other’s success and work in collaboration with organisations and leaders across the sector to help drive positive change.

Honesty

We are trustworthy and accountable, and we
do what we say we are going to do, managing expectations, never over promising or under delivering. We act with the utmost integrity at
all times, understanding the importance of authenticity, and we offer and receive regular and honest feedback to our partners, our clients, our candidates and our stakeholders,
to give the best service possible.

Quality

We care about our quality standards, maintaining integrity and focusing on what our customers need, whilst staying up to date on the latest market, industry and organisational trends and best practice. Organised and efficient, we are adaptable and flexible in our approach, and operate under the highest standards, whilst driving these principles through all our business activities.

Diversity & Inclusion

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to any organisation’s success.

Greenacre is fully committed to helping our own people and the people we work with establish and nurture their own unique vision and goals, and we embed a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion across the organisation, which continues through those we serve.

Through our leadership development programmes and our collaborative recruitment divisions, we support organisations to attract, retain, nurture and develop a diverse network of talent, whilst understanding how language and behaviour plays an important part of the process from start to finish.

Our consultants are trusted advisors in their field and undergo expert training in diversity and inclusion best practice, whilst continously developing their own knowledge and understanding of the needs of the people and organisations they do business with.

A Modern, Hybrid Workforce Approach

We operate as a hybrid workforce, with a fully functioning remote work support ethos. We believe each employee is an individual, with not only individual workspace needs, but also individual goals and aspirations. We believe in a strengths-based approach, giving support and autonomy where appropriate and focusing on what really makes an individual motivated to succeed.

Environmental Impact

As an organisation we are committed to working towards a zero carbon future. Over the past year we have reduced our environmental impact significantly by working remotely and closer to home wherever possible, reducing paper, water and energy use, recycling waste wherever possible and committing to a three year digital transformation strategy which incorporates more efficient use of our energy resources.

Giving Back to the Community

As well as regularly contributing free workshops, advice sessions, training and development support to our wider network, the Greenacre team also takes part in regular charity fundraising activities and has a dedicated charities committee working to ensure the support we contribute adds value to our local communities.
