Before joining Greenacre Recruitment Ltd, I spent over a decade in the legal sector, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2006. My legal practice covered a range of areas, from Health & Safety prosecutions involving serious injuries to representing clients in Matrimonial and Children Act cases, including domestic violence and care proceedings. Although I no longer practice, I remain on the roll of Solicitors.
I joined Greenacre to assist with compliance changes related to IR35 and now lead our compliance efforts, coordinate company policies, and provide HR support. My role involves overseeing compliance, contracts, legislation updates, policies and procedures, terms of business, and training, while ensuring smooth back-office operations in collaboration with Laura and Dione.
I hold a BA & BSc Hons Degree in Law & Criminology, a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Practice, a CIPD qualification in HR, and I’m a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
