In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in delivering planned works programmes, including whole house modernisation, sustainability initiatives, and major component replacements. Working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

• Assisting with project management, ensuring efficient delivery of housing improvement and retrofit projects.
• Supporting procurement and contract administration, ensuring compliance with budgets, regulations, and performance standards.
• Conducting surveys and inspections to assess conditions, manage costs, and maintain quality.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Engaging with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate project records and performance reporting.
• Identifying project risks and developing solutions.
