Sarah Crone
Sarah is Greenacre’s Finance Director and has been an integral part of the business since 2013. The main focus of Sarah’s role is to provide financial and strategic support to all stakeholders of the business, plan and control budgets and manage the support services team.

Lisa Barrett
Lisa joined Greenacre in 2014, after having a 20-year career in the hospitality industry. Lisa primarily manages the timesheet and payroll process for all of our candidates. She is the point of contact for all queries and questions relating to temp and interim contractors pay. Lisa has the responsibility of invoicing clients, chasing payments and maintaining a positive cash flow for the business.

Rebecca Green
Rebecca has worked for Greenacre since early 2016 and began by dealing predominantly with compliance for the company but now combines compliance with and all-round HR service. Prior to her role with Greenacre, Rebecca was a qualified solicitor, prosecuting cases on behalf of the Health & Safety executive from a technical housing point of view and has amongst other areas of law represented domestic violence clients in sheltered housing for over 13 years. Rebecca is a member of the institute of recruitment professionals and is CIPD qualified.

Alma Sheren
Alma is an independant Marketing and Communications Consultant and has been working in recruitment for the past 6 years and public and private sector marketing since 2012. Alma also has a background in HR and is a researcher and contributing author for Greenacre and Housing Futures magazine. As well as looking after Greenacre’s online presence, Alma assists in the organisation of Greenacre’s events and projects aimed at supporting the housing sector, and is a founding board member of WISH East.

Laura is a Senior PA, has a background in Events Management and has been working with Greenacre since 2018 as Executive Assistant to the Directors, Joseph Grice and Daniel Short. Laura’s role includes diary management to the Directors, logistics, Senior PA duties, events organisation and supporting the office administration.

Owen Marvell
Owen has worked at Greenacre since November 2019. As Accounting Technician it is Owens role to support the finance director in the financial monitoring across all the offices of Greenacre Recruitment. Before starting with us Owen completed his AAT Level 3 accounting qualification and looks forward on implementing his newly learnt skills into his work.

Dione Dunkley
Dione joined Greenacre in September 2021, after arriving from a background in payroll, and has been a vital asset to the team. Dione supports the consultants and HR team with all matters relating to compliance, and is based at our Hitchin Headquarters.
